Thinking about other people’s speculation will always make you a prisoner. We know its human nature to be liked and get accepted in society. Hence when you don’t get this approval, you start worrying way more than you should have.
This gets escalated quickly and you stop liking people anymore. Now you stay high all the time to escape reality or you are dealing with anxiety and depression. This is the reason; I have come up with 5 crucial methods that can make your life happy and cheerful. Hopefully, my digital information will help you fight your conscience and know what’s best is for yourself.
1. Be optimistic always
Being optimistic is not easy. But once you start practicing it, you will start seeing life in a different dimension. An optimistic person will always find a positive thing about every problem that they face. It can lead to a healthy and happier life.
Being positive can help you in many ways. It will improve your relationship with others. Your thought about others will change and you will start seeing positive things in them, which will help in having love and affection towards them.
It will help you to build a better career. You will be happy with what you are and what you have, and motivate you to achieve your goals in long run. Positive thoughts and optimism always help you to work harder without worrying about office politics or your coworkers.
It will make you healthier. Most of us depend on tobacco or alcohol when we have a problem. An optimistic person will find positive things about the situation and will find reasons to be happy. This can reduce your mental tension and control your blood pressure. So always be optimistic and see the positive sides in everything.
2. Accept the realities
Sometimes facing reality will tougher, but accepting your current situation can make you happy and cheerful which leads to a better future.
You are constantly suffering from a problem and don’t know how to deal with it. There are two ways to deal with a situation. One is accepting reality and the other is staying miserable. Sometimes the problems are so complicated, that there is no solution to it. In such cases, you have to accept reality.

Want to make your life happy and cheerful, then accepting reality is important. When you resist accepting reality then you are automatically turning your life into endless suffering. The more you ignore reality, the more you are out of control.
As a result, your emotions are clouded with negative thoughts like shame, bitterness, and anger. Instead of asking yourself “why me”, try saying to your mind that It is reality, you cannot change it.
3. Don’t let other’s opinions affect you

Did you ever felt great when other people approve you or did you ever feel like crap when others disapproved you? If your answer is yes, you are affected by them. You end up in pleasing others for getting into their good books.
When you go by this mentality, you are killing your judgment and slowly becoming a victim of other’s approval. You will not trust your judgments or decision without other approval. You will eventually lose your personality.
So now your desires are murdered by others, and your personality is getting crushed. Due to this, you slowly start to hate yourself and slide under depression. Know your worth, and don’t ever let others, people, opinion gets inside your head.
4. Don’t overcomplicate
Whether life, business, or career, most of us have the habit of making things more complicated than they needed to be. Some people always think complicated; it is by their nature that they think like that. We all often complicate the simple instead of simplifying the complex.
Always try to keep everything simple and straightforward. You have to remember that there will be always an alternate way other than how you figured out it. In business, many tend to design complex processes and methods. This will eventually make you more stressed and drain your energy.
The same is the case with problems in life, most of us always make things complicated by overthinking about it. This will make you more stressed and vulnerable that will eventually lead to depression. You have to understand that, overcomplicating will not solve your problem.
5. Don’t worry about what others think about you
Others don’t know your struggle; they don’t know what you have been through. So why would they have the authority to judge you, when they don’t know you? See the solution simple, you can’t stop others thinking negative about you. Similarly, they can’t stop you from thinking positively about yourself.

People will talk, they always need some to talk about. But You should never worry about what they talk about you. Every people have their perspective about everything, you can’t change their perspectives or opinions.
We don’t live in a world where everyone is perfect or the same, or with the same set of skillsets or talents. No, we live in diversities and we are hereafter a countless number of genetic mutations that happened over thousands of years. So, don’t think that you can be like somebody, you are yourself and you are unique, comparing yourself to someone else is meaningless and nonsense.
Happiness is a state of mind and a way of thinking. It is your life, so you are the one to decide how to live it not others. Better not to worry about others and how they think about you. Be clear on what you are, say no when you can’t. If you start practicing this, nobody can spoil your happiness, no matter how much they try.
